Through an authorisation form that we will ask you to fill out for us, we will identify the people within your organisation or company that you want to grant authorisation to. We will restrict access to your documents stored at OASIS only to the people specified by you. Only the people authorised to do so will be able to add, delete or retrieve records.
The people authorised by you can add, delete or retrieve records with OASIS online or by email. OASIS will not give access to your archive to anyone not authorised by you.
The people authorised to access your archive will be responsible for the security of the provided access codes and / or passwords that grant access to OASIS Online, our online Records Management System.
